"The bike arrived with bad scratched all over and the gear was broken; the packing was very poor. Very disappointing. It's also been difficult to get hold of someone over the phone."

"i ordered a bike payed for it and then on my daughters birthday got email with no explanation saying we will get full refund which after a week got a refund then late email days later saying bike was not in stock customer service was very poor"

"Beginning of July this year I have bought a bike using Parkers of Bolton website and, although the bike arrived shortly after, it was faulty as I couldn't use the 2nd gear. I have tried to contact Parkers of Bolton via email or phone, still with no reply on either. I will have to take the bike to be repaired privately which I think it is unfair as the bike is new and still in warranty. So I am not happy at all with this purchase and how the Parkers of Bolton handles the customers enquiries, practically ignoring them. I don't advise to buy from this company. I would give 0 stars if I could."

"Really can't see any point in this company. They made a mistake (⁰twice) honest im sure, bit already offer to make it up. Your wasting your time and money on this gamble, i wouldn't bother they stiched my 8yr old lad up completely with a girl's bike. Cheers fellas"
